Letter My Lawn – Important Rental & Reservation Policies

1. Reservation & Payment
Once you complete the order form, payment is required to secure your reservation and event date.
2. Ground Conditions for Setup
Hard or dry ground can prevent our team from installing your yard greeting. Please water the installation area for at least 45 minutes the day before and the day of setup.
Green grass does not guarantee soft soil.
Use the Screwdriver Test: if a 6" screwdriver can be pushed easily into the ground, our stakes can be inserted as well.
3. If the Ground Is Too Hard to Install
If our team arrives and cannot install due to hard soil, you may choose:
A) Water the area and have us return the next day. A $25 second‑delivery fee will apply and must be paid before the return visit.
OR
B) Receive a 30% refund of the yard greeting price or a 70% credit toward a future booking.
4. Photos & Social Media
We encourage you to take photos and share your celebration. However, please do not pull signs from the ground or rearrange them.
5. Liability
KLC Unlimited, LLC and its representatives are not responsible for injury or property damage during setup, rental, or removal.
6. Safety Around the Display
For everyone’s safety, especially children, please do not allow anyone to sit, lean, or play on or around the display. The signs cannot support weight.
7. Respect for Display Items
Please treat the display with care. Do not move, dispose of, or vandalize any items. Even if the greeting was gifted to you, the items remain the property of KLC Unlimited, LLC. You are responsible for ensuring the display is not damaged.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
You will be invoiced for any missing or damaged items during your rental period.
9. Lawn Services
If you have a lawn crew scheduled, please arrange for them to come before we set up.
10. Protecting the Display
Please pause lawn services during the rental period to prevent damage from mowers, weed eaters, or flying debris.
11. Pets
Keep pets away from the display. Chewing or stress‑related damage may occur.
12. Balloons
Do not attach balloons to the display. Heat can cause balloons to damage the signs, and wind can lift stakes from the ground.
13. Silly String
Please do not use or spray silly string near the display. The ink can permanently damage the vinyl.
Refund Policy
• If you cancel your booking, you may receive 50% of your booking rate as a refund, or you may keep 100% as a credit toward a future date (based on availability).
• In cases of inclement weather—including lightning, heavy rain, high winds, or any unsafe conditions, we may be unable to set up. We will notify you and work to make alternate arrangements.
• No refunds will be issued for:
• Incorrect address provided by the client
• Homeowner requesting early removal
• Denied access to gated communities
• Aggressive animals preventing setup
• Any circumstances outside of our control that prevent installation
