• I understand KLC Unlimited LLC is not responsible for injuries due to misuse or failure to follow safety rules.
• II understand that (2) KLC staff members will be in attendance for the duration of the event to manage equipment, assist players, ensure safety, and oversee gameplay. I acknowledge that staff may provide instructions, enforce rules, and make adjustments as needed to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Laser Tag Cancellation & Refund Policy KLC Unlimited LLC
Booking Deposits All laser tag rentals require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your event date. The deposit is applied toward your total balance. Balance must be paid 5 days before the event.
Cancellation by Client • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the deposit. • Cancellations made 3 or less before the event are not eligible for a refund. • If you need to cancel but would like to keep your payment as a credit, you may request a one‑time reschedule credit for another available date within 90 days.
Rescheduling • Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before the event. • Rescheduled events must be booked on an available date. • Deposits transfer to the new date one time only.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) • If weather conditions make setup unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), KLC Unlimited will allow a free reschedule to the next available date. • If the client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, the standard cancellation policy applies.
KLC Unlimited Cancellations If KLC Unlimited must cancel due to equipment issues or staff emergencies, clients will receive either: • A full refund, or • A 100% credit toward a future booking.
No‑Show Policy If the client is not present at the scheduled start time and cannot be reached within 30 minutes, the event will be marked as a no‑show and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
